No, the US version published in August so there is a longer wait for that one x

Totally up to you! If you want the US measurements and that would be better for you then maybe yes. But it’s all the same recipes and pictures, just the temps & ingredients are different in the US edition

Can I ask how you manage being a chef with no sense of smell? And do you know how you lost it? My sister mysteriously lost hers a few years ago and we still don’t know what caused it! Very excited about the book 🌞

Honestly it’s a hassle for sure, I can’t smell when something is burning and many a pot of soup has been lost to this 😭 I also can’t smell all the delicious things and it breaks my heart, but I can taste, and that’s the main thing

Congrats Rosie that’s so amazing!!! Do you know what the difference between US and UK butter is? Sometimes I’ve struggled with baking US recipes and this just made me think that maybe butter is the answer!
