I made your basque burnt cheese cake for pudding when we had 11 people over for Christmas lunch. I served it with a berry coulis and it was a massive hit! Trying new recipes is how I distract myself from the dreary winter up North and my stressful job. I love reading your blog and trying out your recipes x

I cooked this for my husband this week and it was fantastic. I used chickpeas as my Bold Beans delivery hadn’t arrived. Going to try it with butter beans at some point as they are my favourite. Can’t wait to cook more of your recipes Rosie! X

Took too long to get going with dinner do sceptical partner had to make it using recipe- he complained all the way through ( we could have just made a minestrone! Is this one of those Instagram recipes?) I had the last laugh: he loved it and we are making it again for dinner tonight🤣

Made this tonight and it was so comforting and delicious! I used GF orzo and despite lots of extra water and cook time it didn't completely soften up. Wondering if I might have got a better result if I'd partially cooked it before adding to the soup?

Ahhh perhaps Adam! I haven’t tried this with a GF pasta yet so definitely worth reading the instructions on the packet and adjusting cooking time, or like you say, maybe a pre cook. X
