Hello and welcome to the second instalment of foods to keep you warm and happy in January! This fried egg paratha is an incredibly easy, quick and delicious savoury breakfast, inspired by this weeks interviewee - more on that later.

I hope you have all had a good start to the new year and that you’ve been prioritising yourselves. This week I have been enjoying turning my phone off at 9pm, reading in bed, making Pierogi with my housemate and coming back to yoga after a long break. What have you been doing to keep moral high? I would love to know.

This week I sat down and spoke with my wonderful big sister and talented artist, Lily Kellett of Wayfaring Wild. You might recognise Lily’s work from our Supper Club posters, which she has been making from the very beginning. I love working with Lily on these prints, I always give her a list of seasonal fruit and vegetables that might feature in the menu, she consults Virginia on colour palette and then she picks her favourite and goes from there. She currently has a few of the Asparagus and Butternut Squash prints for sale from our Summer and Fall Supper Clubs which you can find here.

In this interview we cover everything from big career changes, to new year intentions, motherhood, the perfect Sunday, finding inspiration in nature, and her favourite January foods. Read on for all that and more.

Love, Rosie x
